Can you translate my iPhone strings file too?
To translate your language file, use our free String tool. This is a separate service which allows you to manage the translation of your app all in one place. You can either invite your own translators or use myGengo's service.
Who does the translation?
Your translation will be carried out at myGengo's Pro level, by translators who have passed two separate higher-level myGengo tests, ensuring they produce accurate and natural-sounding translations.

What if I'm not happy with the translation quality?
We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy you may request corrections, reject the job and ask for a separate translator to complete it, or cancel and receive a full refund. Our rejection rate is under 0.5%.
How does the revision process work?
We allow for revisions as we know many iPhone developers change and add to their descriptions over time. You can create up to 4 revisions, with up to either 50 or 100 words of changes according to which plan you choose.
We calculate the word count of the revisions based on the difference between the original text and the text you supply as the revision. So if your original text is 500 words, and then the revision you supply is 550 words, but 75 words of it is different to the original, the word count of the revision is judged to be 75 words.
How long will it take?
We provide an estimate within the order form below. Occasionally, orders may take longer than the estimated time.
What should I enter into the comments section?
We recommend you describe the target audience for your app, the tone of voice that you want the translator to use, and any other details such as links to screenshots or other data that will help. Our translators always strive to deliver the best they can, and the more you can help them the better the result will be.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before a translator has started to translate it. Please contact us via email as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
